We held a talk about positive growth mindset and career development while in early school years to over 100 Grade 3 – 5 students and Teachers at Schroeder riders Middle school; a comparative assessment between USA and Africa school system.
They were excited and at the same time humbled to learn, how many African kids, survive and manage to excel in such a resource limited academic environments and become very important academic figure in their societies.
