Kasozi Community sustainable Project, Mpigi Uganda, 4/2017

We provide educational sponsorships to Orphans and Needy Underprivileged Poor Children in Uganda

Kasozi and Kitigi Villages, located in Kituntu Sub County; are one of the poorest communities located in Mpigi, central Uganda; with no electricity, poor healthcare, Lack of access to safe water, food scarcity, extreme poverty with over 70% of families surviving on less than $1 for daily livelihood. We therefore decided to take a closer look at this community; with Kitigi Primary school being the central point for Health awareness and establishment of the First Aid clinic for community benefit.

Now, since its establishment in 2017, children at school and several people in the community are benefiting from the First aid clinic treatments and health advice Future plan;

Upgrading and Total Transformation of the community First Aid clinic into an independent sustainable Functional Health Unit.

Educational Scholarships to the Orphans

Activities Involved

Free Medical camp involving; Health talks about common disease; early detection and Disease prevention, Treatment of acute infection as well as referral to Higher Healthcare centres/Hospital for serious acute and chronic disease management.

Establishment of sustainable Community First Aid clinic to benefit the school and the surrounding Villages, as well as training its staff through health is wealth Program

Career Guidance and Counselling for the students.

Motivation talks about Growth Mindset to Orphans in the school.

Community Home Visits for the Elderly and the Sick.
